How an order runs

Three ways in, one process.

From an idea

A new design

Specs not yet final. We develop your idea into 2D sketches and 3D models, iterate until it's right, assess feasibility, and sample if needed. You get a quotation on the preliminary specs: per piece, with volume discounts.

From your CAD or photos

Your existing design

Share your 3D CAD file, or photos of a piece you have already made; we can help with resizing. Get an instant quotation through a similar piece in our catalog, or request a custom one.

From our catalog

Our catalog, white-labelled

Browse the catalog in the app, configure the piece (metal, stones, design features, sizes, etc.), and generate an instant quotation.

Then, for every order

Production order

Placed in the app, with an 80% advance.

02

Design finalization

The technical 3D work, iterated without limit until you sign off.

Stone sourcing

Be as involved as you like, or leave the selection to us.

03
04

Production

3 to 4 weeks from 3D confirmation to quality control, depending on quantity.

Quality control

Our own final inspection, and final pricing from final costs.

Fulfilment

Shipped from our Hong Kong office; transit time depends on your destination. EXW by default, and we gladly organize logistics to the final destination.

Common questions

One piece, with volume discounts. Repeat orders from the same mould cost less; a new ring size means a new mould.

3 to 4 weeks from 3D confirmation to quality control, depending on quantity. Shipping from Hong Kong is additional, by destination.

By default, our prices are quoted EXW Hong Kong: the finished piece ready for collection at our door in Hong Kong. Shipping, insurance, and any import duties are arranged separately, and we're happy to handle them for you.

Pricing happens in two steps. First, a quotation, and how you get it depends on where you start. From a new design, we quote on the preliminary specs once the sketches and 3D models take shape. From your own CAD file, you can get an instant estimate through a similar piece in our catalog, or request a custom quotation. And from the catalog itself, configure any of thousands of designs and get a close estimate on the spot. Then the final price: the actual cost is calculated after production, once the real materials and work are settled, and that is what we invoice.

The price reflects everything that goes into a piece, not just the raw materials: the metal, the stones, the design, consultation, quality control, and sourcing and logistics.

Order in volume and a discount applies.

You can find the full detail on the jewelry pricing page.

There is no single answer: pieces run from a few hundred USD to well over 100,000 USD, because the same design can be made to very different budgets. Lab-grown stones and lighter alloys, 9K gold for example, keep costs down; natural stones in larger carats and 18K gold sit at the other end. With natural diamonds especially, the price per carat climbs steeply as you move up the 4Cs, carat size above all, so two visually similar stones can differ in price many times over. Tell us your target price and we'll advise on how to meet it.

The default payment term is an 80% advance, which opens the order. Final costs are calculated after production, and any overpayment is credited or refunded.

EXW Hong Kong by default; we're glad to organize logistics to your final destination.

Yes, that's what we're here for. Many of our partners come to us with a clear vision, they know what they like and how their brand should feel or be positioned in the market. Through consultation we help bring your vision to life. In the early stages, while you're still exploring, we provide 2D sketches. As the idea takes shape, we move to 3D modeling, refining and fine-tuning until the piece is ready for production.

Design development depends on where you start; the section above, How an order runs, shows the three ways in. From a new design, we develop your ideas with you: share inspiration photos or your own sketches, and we refine them into 2D sketches and then 3D models, iterating without limit. Along the way we tell you what we think will look good, in proportions, curves, and stone sizes. The problem-solving is ours: tell us what you want to achieve, and we assess the technical feasibility and tell you what is possible. And we consult on the practical side too: if you have a target price, we advise on how to meet it, controlling the gold weight, for example, or exploring different suppliers.

For samples, jewelry is not like other industries: a sample with us is a real piece. Our minimum order is one piece, so you can order a single piece as your sample, and keep its cost down by choosing a lighter alloy, 9K gold for example, and using lab-grown stones instead of natural. If the piece is not right, we can melt it and recover the stone's and metal's value.

A 3D-printed wax model of the design is possible as well, though it is rarely needed: by the time a design leaves our 3D stage, you have seen the piece from every angle. Nonetheless, if you would like a wax model, we can organize it, just be aware that wax adds cost and shipping time.

The CAD files follow their maker: files we create from scratch are ours, and files you provide are yours.

A design that is unique to you can be produced exclusively, meaning we will not make it for anyone else. A classic, common design is a different case, and between the two there are gray areas, so exclusivity is agreed case by case.

Either way, it starts with a conversation, and our intention is to protect your unique designs and signature features. Raise it with us, and what we agree on is what we follow.

We'd love to help. We've worked with jewelry brands from the ground up and know what it takes to start one, because a brand is more than its products. It's everything around them: pricing, your sales channels online and in store, distribution, packaging, branding, and photography and campaigns.

We can guide you through all of it, point you in the right direction, and connect you with the close partners we work with, so you know who to turn to and when. One thing worth thinking through before you begin is your budget, how much you want to invest. This is a business in tangible goods and precious materials, so having a sum to work with from the start matters, and we'll help you make the most of it.

It's the app every client works on. You browse and configure our catalog products to get instant quotations, develop pieces through stock briefs and design history, review stone requests and manage orders. The core features come with working with us, at no charge; optional modules for inventory and client management are available on subscription. The full detail is on the software pricing page.

We'd love to help.
