Rather than route everything through a single facility, we match each piece to the workshop best suited to its technique, and scale production up or down as your volumes change. This helps us manage costs and leverage specialist expertise, so each piece meets your quality bar at a price that protects your margin.

The partnership runs both ways. Running a workshop is its own business: craft skills to pass on and hone, equipment to maintain, a team to build and keep, a production line to run efficiently, and capacity to keep balanced so there's never too little work or too much. Our partners focus entirely on that. We focus on the other side of the work: design development, stone allocation, and the relationships with the brands we develop products with. Two different skill sets, each doing what it does best. And we stay close to the bench, working onsite in the workshops to follow each piece through.

We manage the process end to end: design development, technical specification, production oversight, and a final quality inspection we conduct ourselves before anything ships to you. You have one point of contact throughout.
