How we produce

Manufacturing structure.

We produce through a network of specialist partner workshops in Hong Kong and Guangdong that we've worked with for decades. Rather than route everything through a single facility, we match each piece to the workshop best suited to its technique, and scale production up or down as your volumes change. This helps us manage costs and leverage specialist expertise, so each piece meets your quality bar at a price that protects your margin.

The partnership runs both ways. Running a workshop is its own business: craft skills to pass on and hone, equipment to maintain, a team to build and keep, a production line to run efficiently, and capacity to keep balanced so there's never too little work or too much. Our partners focus entirely on that. We focus on the other side of the work: design development, stone allocation, and the relationships with the brands we develop products with. Two different skill sets, each doing what it does best. And we stay close to the bench, working onsite in the workshops to follow each piece through.

We manage the process end to end: design development, technical specification, production oversight, and a final quality inspection we conduct ourselves before anything ships to you. You have one point of contact throughout.

How we make it

Craftsmanship.

Settings

Prong, bezel, channel, pavé and micro-pavé, flush; tension and invisible settings for pieces that call for them. A full range of prong styles and side profiles for diamond line pieces.

Illusion work

Faceted prism plates and bowl settings that make a stone face up larger, and composite settings that piece many small stones into the look of one: baguettes reading as a single emerald cut, rounds as one large round.

Composition

Pieces built from many fancy shapes and sizes set together. Every cut carries its own height, so each stone is seated to its own depth and levelled until the finished surface reads as one.

Line work

Graduated diamond lines calibrated to the millimeter, stones matched for color and quality.

Finishing

High polish, matte and satin, brushed, sandblast, hammered, and rhodium plating.

Every piece finished to spec: your choice of clasps, earring backings, and fittings, including slider closures we design ourselves for adjustable-length necklaces and bracelets.
