The house grew out of our family's diamond trading and jewelry manufacturing business, established in 1985. We spent decades supplying mature retail markets, clients who seek the finest diamonds and exacting craftsmanship. This is how our standards were shaped early, and how they have been honed ever since. You can see that experience in the work today, in places like these:
In certified stones. Most requests come with requirements: a budget, a size, a look. Our house standards are our signature: the criteria we care about, and how we weigh them against each other, to make the best of what a piece is asking for.
In loose stones. We sieve by hand, all the way down to the smallest stones, because a fine piece is never only its center stone. It is also the tens or hundreds of stones gathered around it. Even within a DEF parcel, we look again and choose the best of it. And when a brief calls for precision and harmony, we allocate stone by stone, considering how each one sits beside its neighbors and how they read together across the whole, especially with colored gemstones.
In millimeters. Stone measurements, band widths, setting heights, earring posts, necklace lengths: anywhere a fraction changes how a piece looks or how it feels to wear. We work to the tenth of a millimeter, and we consider how a measurement travels from CAD through casting to final polishing.
In processes. Design iterations, quoting, purchasing, inventory, costing, pricing, and everything else that surrounds the making. The operations behind every piece, refined over years and supported by our own proprietary software.
In people. There are thousands of suppliers, some long-established, some new, and knowing which are worth the time is a knowledge of its own. The makers we have worked with for decades we trust by their word, and we are grateful for their willingness, their determination to see a job done well, and the way they meet a problem together.
Our clients make promises to the people who wear their pieces. Forty years in, we are still keeping our side of them.

In a world where people move in and out of our lives, and moments pass faster than we expect, the only constant is change. Yet I have always been drawn to the few things that remain. Fine jewelry is one of them: small enough to hold close, strong enough to endure.
After a decade in Switzerland, I came home with a background in luxury hospitality and software, to bring DIA'LOG into its next era.
I am excited to be building DIA'LOG: weaving modern ways of working into traditional craft, and shaping a business where the collaboration between our brand clients, material suppliers, and workshop partners matters as much as the pieces we produce.
